Michael Igleheart earned his BA in Marketing, and MBA in Finance and Statistics from Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma.
He began working in the lighting industry in 1978 as a territory sales manager for a major residential lighting manufacturer.  He started his own agency in 1986, and over the years has expanded into both commercial and residential lighting. Michael has also been a paid consultant for some of the companies he has represented.

Dana Igleheart is the daughter-in-law of Michael and takes care of most customer service operations of the office. Dana received her degree from Mid Western State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, where she was awarded an athletic scholarship in Soccer. She is the mother of Dylan and Preston, who can also be heard sometimes helping out in the office.
